We work with employers who are looking to fill Francophone positions and assist them in applicant hiring, qualification, screening, and interviewing. Our applicants complete the TEF Canada language exam before entering Canada as a part of the hiring process to help determine their level of speaking, writing, reading, and listening in the French language.

We can assist in the assessment of the kind of employee you need, help walk you through the legal and immigration aspects of hiring an international French speaking candidate, and further the process through scheduling of interviews, pre-screening applicants, and assisting with onboarding where needed.
How does the process of hiring a Francophone international professional work?
We work with the employer to determine the needs of their business and the skills and education you are looking for in a candidate. Next, we go through our qualified candidates to determine who would be the best fit for your vacancy. Finally, we present the candidate to you and if you are wishing to proceed, we set up an interview. The interview will typically take place via video conference. Should you determine that you would like to proceed with one of our candidates, we would assist you with the immigration process and if needed onboarding.
